Kendra Marks (they/she) is a Collaborative Family Lawyer practising primarily on Lək̓ʷəŋən and W̱SÁNEĆ territories. Kendra practices exclusively in family law, including as children’s counsel and in child protection. Kendra’s focus is to resolve family matters as compassionately and pragmatically as possible, working to minimize conflict and effect timely resolutions, all while keeping clients’ – and children’s – best interests in mind. She is experienced at representing clients in negotiation, mediation, and court, and has regularly appeared at the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia. Kendra provides unbundled services as well as full representation, including Collaborative Law matters, and their focus is on out-of-court processes, which allow for creativity, compassion, and flexibility – and, in most cases, end up with far better outcomes for parties, children, and families. Kendra is also an accredited Family Law Mediator.
